## Use of LLM assistance
LLMs may be used in a limited capacity during the development of PANIC, mostly for brainstorming, documentation, review ideas, and exploring possible implementation approaches.
Any LLM-assisted output should be reviewed, tested, and understood before being included. PANIC is intended to be readable, inspectable, and built from first principles, so LLM assistance is treated as a tool for support rather than a source of authority.
